Plastic broom filament extruding machine often has faults in daily use, but many users can not cope with the faults or even do not know the cause of the faults. Here we explain the two common faults of extruders:
1. Phenomenon of coke burning
(1) The temperature reflects ultra-high, or the instrument controlling the temperature fails, causing the plastic ultra-high temperature and burning.
(2) The nozzle of the machine head has large smoke, strong smell of stimulation, in addition to the crackle.
(3) Granular coke burning material appears on the surface.
(4) Continuous pores are provided at the joint.
2. Cause of burning
(1) High temperature control causes plastic burning.
(2) The screw has been used for a long time without cleaning, and the burnt material accumulates and is extruded with the plastic.
(3) Heating time is too long, plastic storage long-term heating, so that the plastic aging deterioration and coke.
(4) The parking time is too long, and the machine head and screw are not cleaned, resulting in plastic decomposition and burning.
(5) Change mold or color for many times, resulting in plastic decomposition and burning.
(6) The head gland is not pressed down, and the plastic is decomposed in it.
(7) The instrument that controls the temperature fails, resulting in coke burning after ultra-high temperature.
